leadership

Based in regional Victoria, we understand and value connecting in with a local community and offer our extensive networks to link programs to relevant agencies in emergency and government.

Community engagement

We specialise in mentoring leaders and working with community working groups and committees.  In particular providing direction to recently established committees, we will:

  • establish together the relevant key issues facing rebuilding and any processes for implementing recovery, and
  • resolve effective support strategies for a holistic approach.

Our guidance is independent and we will genuinely support all organisations.

OUR VALUES

Our core values are:

As a passionate community leader, Tony Thompson OAM has been at the helm of community organisations, public entities and banking boards.
